ShineAuto was established in December 2021 as a technology commercialization enterprise originating from 15 years of technological achievements of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Headquartered in Hefei High-Tech Zone, Anhui, it has an integrated testing base in Hefei's Baohe District, an operations center in Beijing, and an R&D center in Shanghai. The company focuses on the R&D and commercialization of high-level intelligent driving technologies, providing integrated hardware-software intelligent driving systems, core intelligent driving components, vehicle-road-cloud integrated autonomous driving solutions, product clusters, system integration, and operational services.
